Delete your account
Femish BizAI
You can ask us to delete your Femish BizAI account and the data linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@femishai.com with the subject "Delete my Femish BizAI account".
- Write from the email address you use to sign in, and include your business name. Staff members should ask their business owner, who can remove staff accounts in the app under More → Staff & access.
- We confirm it is you, then delete the account.
What happens
- We close your account and sign you out everywhere within 3 working days of confirming your identity.
- We delete or anonymise your personal data and business records within 30 days.
- Some records, such as payment and tax records, are kept for as long as the law requires, and are not used for anything else.
- Records already on your phone stay on your phone until you uninstall the app.
Before you delete
Deletion cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your records first, say so in your email and we will send you an export.
Cancelling a plan without deleting
You can stop a paid plan without deleting your account. Contact us at info@femishai.com.
