Using the app

Femish BizAI helps you keep business records. You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details private, and use the app lawfully. Business owners are responsible for the staff accounts they create and the access they give.

Your data

Your business records belong to you. You allow us to store and process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans and payments

Some features need a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you pay. Payments are processed by Paystack. A plan features list can change for new subscriptions; we will tell you before changes affect an existing plan.

AI answers

The AI assistant produces drafts from your records. It can be wrong. Check its answers before you rely on them for money, tax or legal decisions. It is not professional financial, tax or legal advice.

Records and reports

Reports and figures are calculated from what you and your staff enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of those entries and for meeting your own tax and accounting obligations.

Availability

The app works offline, and we work to keep the online service available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Keep your own backups of important records.

Misuse

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by incorrect entries, lost devices or shared sign-in details. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Ending your account

You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account: see Delete your account.
